Our Story

We were born to invest and collaborate

group of businessmen, led by the Reynoso Durand family, formed Grupo Industrial Durandco with the purpose of expanding their vision into various businesses

The company was founded in 2014 with the acquisition of Blue Marine Energía and its subsidiary companies, Subtec, Blue Marine Shipping, and Blue Marine Oil & Gas, operating in the specialized services sector for the oil industry.

Through this consolidation, we established a business group that enables us to invest in the acquisition and development of new companies, seeking synergies to expand our presence in various markets.
